Residents of Nuiqsut should complete the application and provide supporting documents and request an appointment to meet with Kuukpik staff in our office. Applicants in Utqiagvik can contact the ASRC stock department. All other applicants can contact our Anchorage office.. While not ideal, the process will ensure we continue to follow federal, state and Borough COVID-19 guidelines.
