The Nutaaq Program is a workforce development program designed to provide ASRC shareholders with training and career opportunities at AES. Focused on building technical skills, industry certifications, and job readiness, Nutaaq prepares shareholders for long-term success in high-demand fields. With an emphasis on safety, hands-on experience, and cultural values, the program supports economic empowerment and career growth within Arctic communities. No prior skills or experience are necessary; you’ll get paid while you train!

GeoForce Alaska
