The Board of Directors meets every XX days and discusses Corporate operations, procedures, financials, and more. Committees are formed for more in depth review of certain items which may require actions or a more thorough deliberation prior to final submission to the Board for a decision.
Current committees are:

Finance - Meets quarterly (every 3 months) for financial reviews of the Corporation to formulate recommendations to the board regarding current or future direction regarding Corporate finances.

Heirship - Determines heirs of deceased shareholders manages the gift share program.
